Bette M. Gould-Ross has joined the firm of counsel, focusing on helping clients with matrimonial and family law matters.
Bette has been practicing law for over forty-five (45) years with experience handling management labor law, family law and matrimonial law cases. She has earned a reputation as a caring and passionate advocate for her clients. She has practiced in the courts throughout Western New York. She has extensive experience in complex matrimonial litigation as well as custody disputes and support matters for families.
To expand options for her clients, she is also a member of the Collaborative Law Association of Greater Rochester Area, thereby offering her clients the opportunity to resolve their family disputes in a non-litigation setting.
Bette is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where she graduated with distinction. She has been an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association, where she has been an officer, member of various committees and a past chair of The Committee for Professional Performance. She is also a member of the New York State Bar and the American Bar Associations. She has been active over the years on various volunteer boards in the community including Cancer Wellness Connection, Holocaust, Genocide and Human Rights Project at Monroe Community College, and the Center for Holocaust Awareness and Information.
